CONSULTATION & PROJECT GOALS
We begin by learning about your property, how you want to use your outdoor space, and the features that matter most to you. We discuss your goals, preferences, timeline, and budget considerations so we can begin shaping a plan that fits your home and lifestyle.
DESIGN & SELECTIONS
Once the direction is clear, we develop the pool layout and bring the details together. From shape, placement, and water features to finishes, lighting, equipment, and automation, we help you make selections that create a cohesive outdoor space and support the way you plan to use it.
To help bring your ideas to life, we can create CAD images and video walkthroughs that let you explore the proposed design before construction begins.
PLANNING & PERMITTING
With the design and selections in place, we prepare the project for construction. We coordinate the planning details, applicable permit requirements, and project schedule so everyone has a clear understanding of the work ahead before construction begins.
CONSTRUCTION & COMMUNICATION
Construction begins with an organized plan and ongoing coordination. As your pool takes shape, we keep you informed about progress, upcoming decisions, and the next phase of work so you always know where your project stands.
STARTUP, ORIENTATION & HANDOFF
As construction is completed, we prepare your pool for use and walk you through its operation. You will understand the essential equipment, controls, and care considerations so you can begin enjoying your new outdoor space with confidence.
