Designed for Time in the Water
At approximately 18,400 gallons, the Riverstone Ranch pool was designed with generous space for both swimming and relaxing. An expansive tanning ledge creates a shallow-water retreat with room for multiple loungers, while the 660-gallon raised spa anchors one end of the design.
A broad spa spillover and water features along the raised beam introduce movement and sound, while the pool's flowing geometry keeps each area visually connected.
The result is a backyard pool designed as much for slowing down and spending time in the water as it is for swimming.
Curves, Water & Places to Relax
The pool's flowing geometry creates distinct areas for swimming, relaxing and gathering while keeping the entire design visually connected. An expansive tanning ledge provides generous shallow-water space, while the raised spa creates a focal point at one end of the pool.
The 660-gallon spa is integrated into the pool's curved design and finished with contrasting tile, natural-stone travertine coping and a broad spillover. Water features along the raised beam introduce additional movement and sound throughout the pool environment.
Tanning Ledge
A generous shallow-water ledge provides room for multiple in-pool loungers, creating a dedicated place to relax while remaining connected to the main swimming area.
Raised Spa
The 660-gallon raised spa anchors one end of the design, with curved geometry, mosaic exterior tile and Dark Walnut natural-stone travertine coping.
Spa Spillover & Water Features
A broad Terra Nova travertine spillover and water features along the raised beam introduce movement, sound and additional texture to the design.
A Coordinated Palette of Stone, Tile & Water
The Riverstone Ranch finish palette combines warm natural stone with blue and aqua tones that complement the water. Different tile formats and textures distinguish the pool, raised spa and spillover while maintaining a cohesive overall design.
Seascape Lagoon Tile
Seascape Lagoon 1" × 2" tile defines the waterline with blue tones that complement the Aruba Sky interior finish.
Dark Walnut Travertine
Dark Walnut natural-stone travertine coping provides a warm, natural border around the pool and raised spa.
Terra Nova Travertine
Terra Nova 2" × 4" travertine installed in a herringbone pattern gives the spa spillover distinctive texture and emphasizes the transition from spa to pool.
Valencia Mosaic
Valencia 1" × 2" mosaic tile finishes the exterior of the raised spa, adding another layer of color and detail.
Pool Interior & Decking
QuartzScapes Aruba Sky gives the pool its inviting blue-water appearance, while the SGM Spray Deck provides the surrounding deck surface.
A Place to Stay in the Water
The expansive tanning ledge is one of the defining features of the Riverstone Ranch design. Sized to accommodate multiple in-pool loungers, it creates a shallow-water destination for relaxing, cooling off and spending time together without moving into the deeper swimming area.
Its location beside the raised spa connects two of the pool's primary relaxation spaces, while the curved transition into the main pool keeps the overall design open and visually connected.
