TEXAS LICENSED • TDLR
Licensed Pool Equipment Installation
Flagship Pool Construction & Remodeling is a Texas-licensed Residential Appliance Installation Contractor (RAIC #1493), sponsored by licensed Residential Appliance Installer Marvin Morrow (RAI #777112).
When a project requires a new or upgraded line circuit, an increase in amperage, or access to the main breaker panel, we coordinate with an appropriately licensed electrical contractor.
Pool Equipment Isn't Just Plumbing
Today's pools combine water, electricity and increasingly sophisticated equipment. Variable-speed pumps, LED lighting, heaters, automation and sanitation systems all depend on proper electrical installation.
Texas regulates who may perform this work. Flagship's licensing allows us to handle qualifying pool-related electrical installation and maintenance as part of the pool project rather than treating the equipment system as an afterthought.
Properly Licensed
Flagship maintains the Texas contractor licensing applicable to the pool equipment electrical work we perform.
Pool-Specific Expertise
We understand how the electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components of a pool system work together.
One Integrated Project
Equipment upgrades can be incorporated into a remodel or pool project with the same team responsible for the overall system.
Pool & Spa Equipment We Can Work With
Under the applicable TDLR scope, qualifying work can include electrical installation and maintenance associated with equipment such as:
Pumps & Motors
Variable-speed pumps, circulation equipment and motors.
Lighting
Underwater pool and spa lighting and associated qualifying equipment.
Automation & Controls
Automation systems, controllers, time clocks and related equipment.
Heating & Sanitation
Pool and spa heaters, salt systems, UV, ozone and other qualifying equipment.

The Right License for the Right Work
A Residential Appliance Installation license is not the same as a Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor license. Flagship performs pool-related electrical work within the scope authorized by our TDLR licensing.
When a project requires a new or upgraded line circuit, an increase in amperage, or access to the main breaker panel, we coordinate with an appropriately licensed electrical contractor.
More Than an Equipment Installation
Proper equipment installation is one part of building a pool system that performs reliably.
Flagship combines licensed pool-equipment installation with professional pool construction, renovation and technical expertise—allowing us to consider the entire system rather than one component at a time.
